Snow Is Piling Up In The North Country

February 11, 2007

Since the warmup in late January, the snow has not stopped coming to central and northern Coos County.

From February 1st to February 11, we received over 3 FEET of new snow (37" to be exact) in Stark and another 10"-12" is expected on February 12th.

So check out these pictures and see what 3' of new snow on top of a 1'-2' base looks like.

And yes, the trails are just about perfect anywhere you want to go up here.

House near South Pond - Can you find his garage door?

This door will not be opened until Spring.

Where do we put it?  The front yard is full!

Large snow piles in front of the deck are 11 feet high.

Compare the size of the snow piles to the height of the patio doors.
