Located in historic Stark Village, just 3 miles
from Nash Stream in the
NH State Forest, is a beautiful Country Inn.
The Inn is located on the banks of the Upper
Ammonoosuc River
and sits right next to a beautiful covered bridge.
The Inn has two double rooms and one single room, all with private bathrooms. In the evening, you can sit in the comfortable living room by the fire and read one of the books from the Inn's library. Winter
Snowmobiling on the first-class trail system is only 3 miles away. In
addition, there are many trails for cross country skiing and snow shoeing.
There are also several local lakes for ice skating and ice fishing.
Spring
Spring comes slowly to the North country, but it is worth the wait. You
can launch your canoe right from our doorstep. Bring your fishing pole and
enjoy the trout!
Summer
If you have not visited the North Country in the Summer, you are missing a
great treat. There are world class hiking trails that can be accessed
right from the Inn. Deserted country roads provide excellent biking.
Several local lakes including Christine Lake, South Pond, Cedar Pond and Jerico
Lake provide numerous fishing and boating opportunities. When you are done with your outdoor activities, you can relax in our wicker
furniture on our wrap-around porch.
Fall
Perhaps the prettiest time of the year in Stark
Village is the Fall. Visitors from all over the world come to enjoy the
bright and beautiful fall colors. Cooler temperatures and clear skies make
it the perfect time to hike to a nearby mountain top. What better way to
begin and end your day than by looking at natures splendor from the window of
your room at the Stark Inn.

Stark, NH is located on Rt. 110 between Rt. 3 in Groveton and Rt. 16 in
Berlin.
